The subject property is remote and secluded yet has access to the lake and marina and is accessible by roads year round if required. Β There are 4 km of roads on the property for ATVing or snowmobiling and a more extensive set of trails for more adventurous ATVing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, hiking, hunting, etc. Β The east end of Kawagama Lake, the largest lake in all of Haliburton, experiences very little in the way of boat or snowmobile traffic versus the busy Muskoka Lakes. The area is famously known for being at the head waters and is also sourced by waters flowing from Algonquin Park into Kawagama Lake and then down toward Lake of Bays and the other 3 large Muskoka lakes before reaching Georgian Bay.

Kawagama Lake is an excellent lake to catch small mouth bass and lake trout in.
